Been using this theme Loft (version 1.3.9) for more than 20 months and very happy with it. We love the slick clean design of this theme, which we have received a lot of compliments from our customers. But this theme needs some improvements too, for ex: a back/next product navigation button would be nice, Customer service is good! For the cost of $160, it worths every penny. https://wginseng.com
Nice design and CSS on hover etc giving luxury feel to site. We did have a bug but tbf the support was really quick and fixed this proactively. Worked on projects with several different themes and would use again.
The support is very bad. I have encountered some problems and have not answered for weeks.
Its a very sleek and beautiful theme and customer support is relatively quick they answer you in about 24 hours, I recommend it
