I read many times the support was great. Two emails later, and days later I had no answer or contact from the support team. Most of the template works well unless you need extra pages and it just replicates the pages you already had. What you change on one page, it changes on the others, which makes the option of adding pages useless. It's also not possible to change spacing between sections

Great theme. Very functional and beautiful design. I've tested a lot of Shopify themes, but this is my definite favorite. Very intuitive and with clever solutions. We're so satisfied with Lorenza that we've bought it for both our online stores. Great customer service and support. Highly recommended!

I was a bit skeptic about the support. Its all good now. I chose this theme because it fulfilled features that I need and I am not easy to please. Some problems have yet to be solved but they are working on it.

Lorenza v6.2.1 removes animations from Sections seen in the new visual previewer
- Fixes Sections not being visible due to an animation layer in the visual previewer

Lorenza v6.2.0 brings support for Shopify's latest features, Gift card recipients and Follow on Shop, as well as fixing a couple of small bugs.

- [new] Added option to choose the text alignment for product details on the collection template Nolt
- [new] Added Follow on Shop button to footer block "Text"
- [new] Added Shopify’s new gift card functionality to send cards directly to recipients
Fixes and improvements
- [fix] Fixed Popup section close button color not updating with setting
- [fix] Fixed Slideshow navigation dots only working for first two slides

Lorenza v6.1.0 brings some long requested features such as breadcrumb navigation and more mobile-specific controls to Mosaic grids and Featured collections, as well as fixing a handful of bugs.

- Added breadcrumb navigation to collection and product pages
- Added option to include content within mobile Mosaic grid items
- Added options to toggle sale and sold out badges in product listings
- Added option to show Featured collection mobile carousel with 2 products per column
Fixes and improvements
- Fix hidden line item properties appearing on the cart template
- Fix product page mobile carousel not initializing with "selected" variant image on variant deep link
- Fix vendor and type queries not working with filters
