I was a bit skeptic about the support. Its all good now. I chose this theme because it fulfilled features that I need and I am not easy to please. Some problems have yet to be solved but they are working on it.

Lorenza v6.1.0 brings some long requested features such as breadcrumb navigation and more mobile-specific controls to Mosaic grids and Featured collections, as well as fixing a handful of bugs.
Added
- Added breadcrumb navigation to collection and product pages
- Added option to include content within mobile Mosaic grid items
- Added options to toggle sale and sold out badges in product listings
- Added option to show Featured collection mobile carousel with 2 products per column
Fixes and improvements
- Fix hidden line item properties appearing on the cart template
- Fix product page mobile carousel not initializing with "selected" variant image on variant deep link
- Fix vendor and type queries not working with filters
