I have two stores with the same name, with just a difference of a single letter. I accidentally purchased it at the wrong store when I asked them to transfer it. Their representative, Mann Patel, rudely described how I intentionally did it and is now requesting compassion. I am not. I told them that I made a mistake when I clicked on Try Demo and took myself to the wrong store. Absurd.
The theme lacs basic functionalities like "recently viewed" . The navigation menu is not UX-proof and there are a few bugs in theme. Customer support is reactive, but never comes with a good solution or always has a reason why something doesn't work that way. As a 10+ year experienced UX Designer I would not recommend this theme.
Thank you for your feedback. The “recently viewed” feature is included in the latest theme version and only requires an update. For the navigation and reported bugs, our development team is actively reviewing them and will provide a clear resolution via the ticket system shortly.
