I have downloaded and paid for about 5 themes since I joined shopify 2 years ago. By far this the best theme in terms of price, customer service and features. The customer support is 10/10! I worked with Zack, who helped implement features on my store, and walked me through how to do certain things with their theme. The theme itself is very nice if you're looking for visuals to tell your brand story. Default fonts have been updated due to deprecation of the old fonts from the Shopify admin panel.
