This was a very, very poor experience purchasing a template 1. The template is very basic, and the image display quality is very poor—this applies to both the homepage and product detail pages; 2. The technical support is very mediocre; their template is version 1.0, and every time we update the template 3. The customer experience was terrible, and the quality of customer service was very poor.

I had trouble displaying the swatches on the website. I wrote to support and the problem was resolved within a moment. I can only recommend them :)

I am new to Shopify and need a little help. Have spoken to Mann Patel now at the support team and he been nothing short of amazing! Nothing is to much trouble and he gives you as much time as needed to resolve the issues. Most of the time its not even the template, its that I have misunderstood and Mann quickly explains clearly.
