Mobilia

The Mobilia theme is great, but the best thing is the Out of the Sandbox support team. Even before my store went live they patiently answered questions and helped with any issues I had. They are unfailingly friendly and always have screen shots or videos to show me exactly what to do. Cannot say enough positive things about the support staff! Thanks so much!

Thanks for the excellent customer support. I am a one-woman show and it's impossible to be an expert at everything. This theme was easy to get a great looking site. Now I am not intimidated to update my site more often. Thanks

This has been a great theme for us and support is helpful.

I've had this for quite a few years but unfortunately, particularly this year 2020, the theme has had increasing issues to the point where the last update had broke my theme and I've had to revert back to an older edition. Support is getting slower and less helpful probably due to the increased support queries. It is a shame but I'm now looking for other solutions.
