Have been using this theme for about 3 years and it over-delivers on functionality, ease of use and value. Support team is tremendous, even when a problem that arises from a 3rd party app being used on the site. I had a recent interaction with Gabe from their support team and he quickly diagnosed my problem (again with not from Out of the Sandbox) & solved our problem with in minutes.
Every time I ask for help, they answer fast and precise!
The theme definitely lives up to our expectations. We also had a wonderful customer support experience. The only downside is a long waiting time, especially in emergencies. Otherwise, the support is really helpful and great. Fantastic job, guys! We only wish that 2021 would bring a wide display of homepage slideshow on the mobile version :)
The Mobilia theme is great, but the best thing is the Out of the Sandbox support team. Even before my store went live they patiently answered questions and helped with any issues I had. They are unfailingly friendly and always have screen shots or videos to show me exactly what to do. Cannot say enough positive things about the support staff! Thanks so much!
