Modular itself is a very nice theme with great customization options and an awesome initial set up. but the real deal here is the SUPPORT!!!!! Bobby over a the Modular support team is legit my king. He has helped with a bunch of my initial issues that made me feel like the theme might not be a fit. He easily showed me that everything I wanted was possible. Get this theme!
