We knew the Modular, Mayfair design was perfect from the moment we experienced the demo. Since buying the template we have run into a few challenges - all relating to our own inexperience... Within minutes of submitting support tickets, Nick has assisted us. His help has been invaluable and his enthusiasm has been reasuriung. I totally endorse what Presidio Creative are doing. Brilliant!

I researched a bunch of different themes, and this one by far checked the most things off my list in terms of its out of box sections. Has testimonials, mobile friendly slideshow sections, and those 3 benefit row banner that you see in many websites. Support was also great - they were responsive and even helped me implement things that were not under their domain. Would definitely recommend!

Modular is a stunning theme and a good base point to creating a website. Although there is a slight frustrations with customizing template pages in different ways but this is made up for by the great Presidio team. Whenever I have contacted them they are super responsive, helpful and willing to go the little bit further to help you out.

Great theme in terms of functionality and looks and support, probably one of the best. Our company owns 3 shops, this is our 3rd theme and we're still impressed. Support is fantastic, they delivered what they promised even with a small theme. Design is superb off the shelf. The features are wonderful, it was the reason why we gave this theme a go compared to the others.
