This theme checks all the boxes regarding UX/UI and CRO. It does a good job of getting the user flow right for a wide range of DR applications. Added bonus - the author is super responsive to any questions or concerns you have with regarding small changes.

After shopping around for the right theme for our startup, I came upon Modular and it was the right decision. The content blocks for the homepage fit all our needs for launching after finishing our crowd-funding campaign, the editing is easy and comprehensive, and the support team is great and easy to work with as we made this transition! Highly recommend.

On top of this, we also had some bespoke assistance with fixing a bug within 48 hours of opening a support request! This is definitely a developer that won't leave you in the lurch as others do.
