We are really unhappy with our purchase of Momentum. Features and everything - amazing. Upon actually launching the theme, we have experienced nothing but problems. Buttons are unresponsive, it's slow, and it takes over a day for anyone to get back to us, far too slow. We have a new collection launch in a few days and we regret selecting Momentum as our rebrand theme. unacceptable.

Momentum has encountered a bug where a black area appears on the product page and cannot be removed. I have been unable to reach the developers for assistance.

I can see that the team requested access to your store on Sept 22, but didn't hear back after clarifying what access type was required on Sept 25 so were unable to resolve this for you.
