We are really unhappy with our purchase of Momentum. Features and everything - amazing. Upon actually launching the theme, we have experienced nothing but problems. Buttons are unresponsive, it's slow, and it takes over a day for anyone to get back to us, far too slow. We have a new collection launch in a few days and we regret selecting Momentum as our rebrand theme. unacceptable.

We cut over to the Momentum theme several months ago and have been very pleased with the performance, layout, graphics etc. I have not needed too much assistance since the cutover but each time I have reached out to the Momentum team they have been responsive and spot on helpful.
