Great support, very responsive.

Theme is extremely slow on mobile (LCP 8–10s even with ~20KB images). The main bottleneck is the theme’s scripts, and load optimization is basically impossible. Over the last 6 months it broke 6–8 times with no workable solution from the developer. Core features like color swatches and basic product card settings also don’t work reliably because custom code keeps conflicting with Shopify updates.

Fantastic support from the Monochrome team. They went above and beyond to help troubleshoot a complex font issue, even though it wasn’t directly related to the theme itself. Clear communication, patience, and genuine willingness to help. Highly recommended.
