The theme is intuitive for customers, fast, and has enough customisations to make a great website with minimal fuss. I had a problem with too much space under the collection description. Glenn from support very quickly had a look and corrected it for me despite the issue being nothing to do with their theme. I highly recommend Archetype for the Motion theme and their support.
