This is a beautiful theme, and the developer Richard has been a pleasure to work with--very accessible, quick to respond, and going the extra mile to provide customizations or quick fixes when we need them.

I love this theme!! After searching for the perfect site on multiple platforms this theme has made our store feel like home. It's so visually appealing with the layout, banner options, and Instagram feed on the homepage. I love my theme, however I do not like their support. I have had my theme for 2 years. They used to respond to my questions and have customized my theme a few times until recently. I had emailed them about wanting to customize my theme again and they never responded. I followed up 3 times and have gotten no response. I get the clue that they do not want to service me anymore. Sad.

It is Shopify support that is horrendous and underground media is actually being helpful. We paid close to $200/month and all we get from shopify is that we can't help you and Underground Media helped us through our troubles. Thank you.

Great Theme, really looks great with any e commerce store, and the fact that its responsive is such a plus now that so many people are using tablets and mobile devices. Very easy theme to use and customize. We are a British store, but have used the currency converter (included in the theme) to maximize export. Richard is very helpful and replies instantly to any question you may have. A *********
