Normcore

I purchased the Normcore Subtle theme against the advice of my website developers because they thought it was too much for our needs. The theme has worked very well for us, and in fact offers many features we didn't think we'd need, but are looking forward to using. And... the Normcore team also provides stellar customer service. Thank you Team Normcore.

We’ve been using the Normcore theme on our Shopify store, and I’m honestly really impressed. But the best part has been the support team. Any time I’ve had a question (big or small), they’ve been quick to reply and actually helpful — not just copy-paste answers. They take the time to understand what you need and guide you through the solution, which I really appreciate.

Normcore and their support team are fantastic!! There are so many features and capabilities that come within the theme that provides plenty of ways to display your products and make your website unique. On top of that the support and tech team are so helpful, kind, and fast when troubleshooting anything that comes up.

So thrilled and happy with this Theme and amazing Normmcore support team! It is everything I wanted in a theme; and ability to customize to my brand is really nice. The support team is exceptional — response and attentiveness to a function question I had was answered and resolved with such ease. No regrets. Thank you!

I had a great experience with the Normcore Theme Team. They are extremely helpful, kind, and responsive. Every question I had was answered clearly and quickly, and they went the extra mile to assist me. It’s rare to find such supportive and professional service. Highly recommended!

Great theme! Great feature and design, also their support theme has been an AMAZING help when we have some technical needs. 100% recommended.

Good theme with a lot of different modules, and great support!

有两位同事都轮流在线，有问题都解决了，还有一些细节上的东西或许还需要继续沟通。

This is a very good theme. Whenever we encounter setting issues with the theme, Ryan from the team quickly assists and follows up on the situation, which is very professional. It's definitely worth choosing this theme.
