The Pacific theme has worked out great for my business needs and I am very grateful for the support I have received with setting up my online store!
We've used Pacific since converting to Shopify in 2016 and are pleased every step of the way. I considered changing themes 2 yrs ago but found Pacific is flexible enough to do a complete site revamp without changing the theme. It was more about how we were utilizing it than finding a better theme. Also it has been consistently improved to stay optimized over time, and support is always fantastic.
This is a wonderful theme to work with/customise, and the support from the Pixel Union is superb at all times, even after the theme has been installed and running for some time.
