Amazing customer service - only a couple minor issues since installing over a year ago and they have been quick to fix each one. Love that they actually care about their customers!

We really like this clean elegant theme. It is exactly what we were looking for in a theme. So far we have not run in to any bugs. Works great!

It's very buggy, and took us lots of time to fix before we can launch our store. It did not even have provision of basic product category hierarchy, and we had to have our contractor to implement that. It's a waste of time and money.

I really like the Pacific theme and am more than happy with Pixel Union's customer service. I bought the theme knowing there may be a couple of things that the theme did not have but I was able to easily add these with some simple coding that I found in the Shopify forums. Out of the box this theme is beautiful and works very well for our store.
