Customer support is very jolly, but I am getting run around for 3 months. They say showing page numbers instead of just "Prev", "Next" is complicated. This is not too good for collection of 500 items. Will be switching to a theme that has it (there are plenty). Basically they would respond to the email to make you feel good, but that's about it. Not the best theme out there.

Very happy with the theme and support received thus far. In solving an issue, I explained I wasn't that across liquid. The So the Pixel Union support team got in there and resolved all the issues pronto, and provided me some additional advice, which will improve my sales a lot.

The support for this theme from Reid and others has been off the charts. Responsive fixes to site-wide requests, from cosmetic to functional, arrive within sometimes a half-hour or less. I am amazed at the customer service here on top of a great theme. I've never had a customer service team respond this generously and quickly. Setting the bar high. -Marshall

As an e-commerce seller I looked at numerous themes & found Pacific had everything I needed. I wanted a clean, sophisticated looking site with above avg. filtering capabilities.
