I am very disappointed with the theme I just purchased from you on shopify after finding out that I just paid $180 for a homepage. Why would you not include the option to include "sections" other than header and footer in pages other than the homepage. Saying that this is frustrating is an understatement. I think that you are deliberately misleading in what you offer.

This theme has been perfect for our new store, which showcases crafts from Maine artists. The look is streamlined and clean and puts the emphasis on the product. There are nice customizations for styling and we are very happy with the customer service at Pixel Union. Reid has helped several times with answering questions and adding in a bit of extra code when needed. Would highly recommend!

Love this theme, it's clean, easy to work with, and customers love it too. But better than that is the support that we get from the team. I have always had a great response from them, they have always stepped up and helped where ever they can, and a great to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending their themes or their support. Well done.

Pixel Union didn't provide other constructive suggestions together with a pure rejection. As my products are weigh variance, the weighs of each product must be displayed. It seems unfair that I have to hire a third party consultant to add units into the page just because my products are sold in accordance to their weight. I am seriously considering switching to another service provider.
