It's WORLDCLASS customer support. You can always get help - and fairly quick. I've never experienced anything like it. And the theme template is already great value for money with the features included - which is why I chose it in the first place. But the customer service is why I recommend Palo Alto to everyone that are looking for at Shopify template.
It has issues. Slow and it interferes with ODOO. I cannot contact the support team

I find the theme to be slow - even after removing all apps - the base theme is not performant. Google lighthouse reports a rating of poor performance for this site. I tried to discuss this with their support team, and they took forever to respond, only then to turn around and say it way my apps - but they could not prove it with real data.

I've bought a number of themes where the support once you've purchased is non-existent. This is not one of these themes! Damian and team are here to support you day and night and have helped me make my dream website. Highly recommend this theme to absolutely everyone!

This theme has been such a great help for our brand — it’s beautiful, fast, and the support team is incredibly kind and responsive. Customization has a few small limits, but overall it’s been a wonderful experience and totally worth it!

This is hands down the best theme we've ever used. On top of that, it keeps getting even better with every update. The customer support team is exceptional: fast, helpful, and truly cares about their customers.
This was one of my favorite themes and I've built multiple stores on it but it seems like the hover effect to show variant images doesn't work on laptops that are touchscreen, while I see many other themes with this feature working on my touchscreen laptop. And I swear it was working even on my touchscreen laptop some time in the past 6 months. The customer support was always great.

Regarding the second image on hover feature in the product grid, this behavior isn’t officially supported since hover doesn't work on touchscreen devices. However, we’ve created a workaround that will make it work regardless of the limitation. Our support team would be happy to implement this for you.
