The theme is nice and the support is even better. The support person helped optimize an important part of my site. It looks good now. Still in progress as of 1/12 - ombraz.com Update from my original review: The theme is naturally very slow, especially on mobile. This is a big component of SEO and I've had to make LOTS of manual tweaks to make the site faster. Mobile is especially painful.
The theme is great for my store but what was even better was the customer service to resolve a few issues that i needed to adapt the theme to our products. They were extremely helpful with sorting everything out and did it all within a day. Cant recommend them highly enough
