I have been back and forth with feedback from loving it, to neutral, back to a positive review now. Originally I had reviewed that this theme was amazing and the help from Presidio was incredible. Then there was an issue and I couldn’t get any help at all. However I finally received a solution and eagerness to help. It IS a great theme and I think they truly try their best to help out!
Ok my original review would not have been good because I had such frustrations getting the things I needed for my store to work on this theme. I reached out to Shopify who connected me with the developer. I must say all in all I am very pleased with all the help I received from Bobby. I can't thank him enough for helping ease my frustrations and getting things to look/function the way I need them
I've reached out to this team 3 times now. Once on 10/17, 10/23 and again yesterday. Really?I am fed up with their spacing issues and technical problems I keep facing between going to home page and my products page. The footer also gives me trouble with its odd spacing issues. I plan to launch next year and never even got to try it out for my customers. I am done with this and would like a refund.
