I love the design and features of this theme. The support was exceptional. A huge shout out to Bobby Krumov for going out of his way to make our store look exactly as we wanted. A theme updater to save us the hassle of customizing the theme whenever there is an update, would be super helpful.

We tried about 8 other themes before selecting Palo Alto. The control of the content and interesting pre-built sections will allow for much customization to brand the website as well as provide a good user experience. Palo Alto has good mobile response which is so important. The Support is AMAZING! We needed help with a custom font and they were quick, friendly and answered questions.

A brilliant theme! We have recently switched over to Palo Alto which offers much more flexibility in layout and functionality. It was very easy to make the switch. We only had a handful of minor issues which were easily resolved by the awesome support!

IMPRESSED! Quick and easy to implement design modifications on the FLY! The team @ Presidio Creative work with designers on any errors or ADA/WCAG issues without delay to resolve.
