The Palo Alto is a great theme, we feel that we have had a lot of freedom, in the customization of the look and feel of the store. The one time that we could not get the theme to do what we wanted, we contacted the amazing people who created Palo Alto. Their support and helpfulness has been above and beyond. I can't praise the support from Mr. Krumov enough, we would have been lost without him.
Having huge urgent issues on website. But as it turns out it’s the Developers fault, but Plato has offered to try and fix since it’s an urgent issue. Wasn't their responsibility but willing to help. Very much appreciated
