So far so great! The folks at Presidio Creative have been very responsive and helpful. They respond to emails and have been clear and concise. Very positive experience to date.
The theme is very attractive and modern, if a little limited in technical options. Presidio worked with us to correct some of the deficiencies in the theme and get the theme closer to what we need.
From our conversations, the main difficulty you had with our theme was the product recommendations. Palo Alto relies on Shopify's related products algorithm that dynamically suggests products based on user behavior. This is a mandatory integration with the Shopify Theme Store and all product results are suggested by Shopify, not our theme.
Lovely, intuitive layout. Developer has been very helpful with all our questions. Any issues were resolved quickly.
There is only a homepage that looks like a website. You can not add sections to other pages. You can not change the background colour of the stripes. No Contact Form, There are $50.00 Themes on WordPress and they are 100 times capable of this. :(
The Theme Editor is currently limited insofar as unlimited sections can only be added to the Home page of your store. Shopify has publicly announced that they are working on improvements to edit site content, but until that time, there are certain limitations that our theme as well as all others will have to navigate.
