Very slow customer support. Did not help me with customization (like basic price order change and sales price)

I've worked with many Shopify themes over the years, and Palo Alto is by far the best. It offers an incredible range of design features that make customization incredibly easy and the support team is absolutely outstanding—responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. So happy I stumbled on Presidio Creative!

incredible customer service! the dev team is the absolute best. the theme is my favorite and worth every day, however the added benefit of help from the dev team is incredible. they respond literally, same day almost all the time and at max 24 hours. they even use the collaborator request and will make changes for me when I request. highly recommend

- New advanced button size settings. Merchants will now be able to control the font, width and height sizes for small, medium and large buttons within the theme settings.
- New "Social gallery" section available. Upload social proof and curate images without having to use an app.
- New "Accordions with images" section
- New "Alternate text" option added into the "Highlight" feature
- "Accordion" block added to the "Image with text" section
- Badges block added to the Product page.
- Option to display custom and sale badges on top of product gallery images on the Product page.

- "Image with text" section is now built with blocks to allow for more flexibility. Important: Please note that merchants will have to reconfigure this section with blocks after updating.
