The theme is fast. The design is lovely and Thomas is the best when it comes to support. Don't waste your time with other themes.

We have been running on this theme for close to 2 years now. We initially chose it because of all of the premium features included for one low price. We will stick with it because 1) regular theme updates demonstrate a strong commitment to their work, and 2) support, on the few occasions it has been necessary, has been quick and thorough.

The theme support has been great and the theme offers a lot of customizations. I switched to Paper from a free theme and I am very happy with my decision. The customer experience is much better with the Paper theme.

As a Developer, this theme has been incredibly useful and easy to customize. The theme works great out of the box, but if you want to make changes, too, the code is organized, thoughtful, and well-documented. I've been using the Paper theme for over a year, and as a developer, it's been fantastic. Out of the box, it offers robust features, but diving into the backend unlocks limitless possibilities. Built with Vite, Alpine, and Tailwind, the dev environment is a joy to work with. Plus, the developers are easy to reach on Discord, which makes support seamless. Highly recommend!

I updated my website end of 2023, I choose the Paper theme because of the navigation slider at the top. I am a B2B business so I need the collections to be easy to access, without having to scroll down for ages. I had disabled many of the features so I could launch it in time, but I will develop it more next year. Our sales had definitely gone up since, the support has been amazing. 5 stars.
