OOTS (Out Of The Sandbox) in general offers solid support! The themes are clean and very well thought out. However, their biggest strength in my opinion is support. In my opinion, this is one of the biggest factors you should look for in a theme development partner. Even in a difficult environment they service their product and offer assistance. For sure recommend Pro Support!

We are just about to migrate to Parallax from a seven year old Shopify freebie theme and the construction of a site that matches the brief is proving so easy. The configurability of a site using the sections the more recent Shopify sites can contain is awesome. So, well worth the money. Support so far has also been top notch.
