Nowadays the Shopify native themes may be better. Customer service is way below par. Of 7 requests, 6 were "go hire a programmer to help you" and 1 actually received a good solution. The 6 rejected questions weren't hard because I figured out 2 of them by myself (not a programmer) just by playing around, and I had to repeat my questions multiple times. So, not good except for Myles - thanks!

Euwi, my support specialist, was patient, kind, and exceptionally thorough. Not only were my questions answered, but they created a copy of the theme with the changes applied, which saved me the trouble while still explaining how to make the same changes if ever I need to in future. Five stars from me!

Parallax theme from Out of the Sandbox is awesome! And best of all, their customer service is fantastic. I've been working with Out of the Sandbox for few years now, and sometime it takes a bit longer to get a response, but they've solved all my problems regarding their themes so far.
