Parallax

Was trying to figure out which theme would work well for what I wanted to do since I’m new to this and the parallax them has made it easier for what I’m doing with my store. The support is sooooo AWESOME

Love this theme, it looks beautiful & is so easy to customise. Big shout out to the developers, the few times I have needed help with something they have responded with clear instructions which allowed me to do exactly what I wanted to do, by myself. Highly recommend!! 👍🏻

I loved the theme when I purchased it but the upgrades which include new page templates makes it worth every dime.

Emailed 3 times over 3 months to info@outofthesandbox.com with no response. Had to contact staff via Facebook and Instagram to receive a response. Also was disappointed in lack of features which left my website looking distorted and unpolished. Customers are expected to pay extra for developers for simple features that many other themes offer for free. After purchasing this theme I did not use it.

If it isn't for the sleek designs and functionality, it's for the support. Highly recommend.

I love the Parallax theme. It is Phenomenal. The support team is fantastic and always helps me to solve my puzzles, making our website the best that it can be.

I've been using the Parallax theme with my store for a little over a year and I have been extremely impressed - both with the quality of the theme but also with the excellent and thoughtful aftercare I have received from OOTS. My requirements have been quite demanding and, yes, I have raised a couple of support tickets along the way. The response I've received has been brilliant EVERY TIME!

Great theme, great customer service

We paid for "Contact Priority Support". The theme had bugs. Parallax theme didn’t manage properly the Google reCAPTCHA integrated with Shopify. After insistaing a lot (waste of time and stress), the support agreed the bug was linked to Parallax theme, and they fixed the problem that I notified 7 days ago, so I change my review.
