Parallax

I've been using this theme for a couple years, overall I like the theme, it has a great look. My issue is with customer support. we have had a few glitches and sadly we get little to no support. Three emails and months later we are stuck with a header on our website we can't get rid of ...unacceptable. I was contacted after this review and the support was quick and very helpful.

The theme is nice but the customer service/tech support is poor once they get your money. They are slow to respond and don't address the issue, and if they respond they pass the responsibility off to Shopify tech support to help and Shopify passes you off to Out of the Sandbox to fix. Further this theme is INCOMPATIBLE with most of Shopify Apps. I can't get help with anything anymore.

Love this theme! Beautiful design and easy-to-use. No coding needed to get up and running. Support has also been really helpful and responds quickly.

I like the look of theme and its relatively easy to use - even for a IT challenged person like me. The support is great. Quick and helpful. Highly recommend them.

Really like the theme and the support!

Header menu loading is delayed by default, which we didn't notice until too late. They provided assistance to help change the behavior. Overall the theme seems to work well.

The footer options are horrible! I thought you could adjust the footer, but you have almost no possibilities.

Appreciated the willingness and effort to help me build a better site.

I am really happy with Parallax and also their support when it was needed (not too often!). Only one thing you should be aware of: It appears to be a one time fee, but if you want the theme to be up-to-date then you have to pay a monthly fee after the first year of free updates offer. One way to get around this is to update manually twice a year and pay only 2 months/year of subscription.
