Beware of this company! Do not waste your money. Their current customer service is awful, often referring you to have to "hire an Expert" to get your theme even working to a basic point. I purchased mine years back and back then they excelled at helping me to customize it. Not recently when their theme needs updating. This company changed. Look elsewhere!
Hello Health & Light Institute team! Unfortunately, the customizations that you had in your outdated theme were not within the scope of our support. If you choose to customize the theme outside the Theme Editor, we recommend keeping detailed records of these customizations. We also helped you to find a developer to assist with these extensive third party customizations as a courtesy.
Nowadays the Shopify native themes may be better. Customer service is way below par. Of 7 requests, 6 were "go hire a programmer to help you" and 1 actually received a good solution. The 6 rejected questions weren't hard because I figured out 2 of them by myself (not a programmer) just by playing around, and I had to repeat my questions multiple times. So, not good except for Myles - thanks!

Our themes are highly customizable, but sometimes, a theme may need to be customized further than what the Theme Editor allows for, and in these cases, we do recommend reaching out to a third party developer for some hands-on assistance. We are always looking for ways to improve our themes, and appreciate your feedback!
Euwi, my support specialist, was patient, kind, and exceptionally thorough. Not only were my questions answered, but they created a copy of the theme with the changes applied, which saved me the trouble while still explaining how to make the same changes if ever I need to in future. Five stars from me!
Parallax 6.0.1 introduces several bug fixes.
Parallax 6.0.0 introduces Section groups, updates to the Predictive search feature, and a new theme setting to customize the "Continue shopping" link on the cart page.
We've added support for image focal points and renamed "Recommended products" to "Related products".
