I did have a problem communicating with them but it appears that my emails were not reaching them. Once communication was established they were very quick to solve my problem. They loved up to the high standard of service I had been getting from them previously.
The customer service has been so impressive both before I bought the theme and after and has made the installation process so much easier. I am really getting to grips with the theme and making it work for my business. I would recommend this theme and the company.
