The Theme is great and all, but the best part is the Service team. We have been going back and forth, tweaking some of the code so I can get the store to look how I want. No complaints from the team; they helped me do it all, no questions asked.
very quick and satsify support!
Brilliant theme and excellent support team! Thank you
very helpfull and fix the problem fast
The support team and especially Nicholas were very responsive and did a great job in helping with my requests related to the Paris theme.
Review updated: I purchased the Pairs Theme and customer support started off with a very slow response in answering questions that I had. But after a few more questions customer support was helpful in guiding me through what I needed.
I really appreciate the simplicity and clarity of this theme. I received excellent technical support for an issue I encountered, and the Crown Studio team was extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!
I use this theme since few months now and I'm very happy with it. The theme has many good functionalities and the customer service is very good. They answer quickly, and they always find a suitable solution. I truly recommend !
Encantada con este theme, y agradecida con el servicio al cliente por ayudarte a editar varios codes que necesitábamos . Recomendado
Very nice theme and 10/10 support if you have any problems or questions! Well done
