The support team and especially Nicholas were very responsive and did a great job in helping with my requests related to the Paris theme.

I purchased the Pair Theme and have been trying to get help with a few issues. While support response times can sometimes be longer than expected, the team does make an effort to get back and assist.

I really appreciate the simplicity and clarity of this theme. I received excellent technical support for an issue I encountered, and the Crown Studio team was extremely helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended!

The "Paris" theme is very well-structured for my clothing boutique e-commerce site! The Crown Studio team was very helpful with my support request.

I want my money back, this Theme is so shitty and buggy. Also support is really slow and not helpful at all. I recommend investing maybe a bit more or just stick to the free themes instead of buying this theme.
