I’m very happy with the Pahoa theme and the support team. Alex has been incredibly helpful and consistent with replies. However, if you’re thinking of making quite a few changes, I highly recommend reaching out to the team for more guidance before editing or purchasing the theme. They’ll do their best to advise on what’s suitable for each theme 😊 Thank you SO much Alex!
I initially had a few issues with the theme, but the support team and the theme author took ownership and helped resolve everything. In the end, the problem was solved and I really appreciate their effort. Great theme and it’s reassuring to know there’s a team behind it. Highly recommended!
I've been using this theme for 2 years and I love how easy it is to customize. I like how new features are added and when I had questions for the team they were able to help quite quickly. Looking forward to all the new updates.

You know you are in safe hands when a complaint is not only responded to but a solution is also offered instead of an excuse. We originally had an issue with Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) which was not being addressed in the updates released. The team offered a custom code to fix the issue. On the surface, it might not seem like it, but the theme is highly versatile, and with Mark’s support, you should be able to set up your ideal store. Recommend it. 10/10
The theme is stunning and has so much capability - it can feel a lot to get your head around but honestly it’s well worth it. I would not swap themes now as it is everything I need and more, plus the support team are ace! Amanda
I've had great experience with this theme. The support/developers are efficient, knowledgable and have helped immensely through my sticking points. The theme offers everything we needed for this project. As someone who has worked with many themes, I can honestly say I'll be using this one again for future projects.
