They have helped me on numerous occasions when I couldn't figure something out in the admin - they're service is top knotch, they're respectful and they know what they're doing.

I love this theme! It is simple and clean, yet it has all the features any online store will ever need! The support from Gideon is THE best! He is very responsive and helpful. I don't care how great a theme is if the support is crappy or lacking. With this theme, you have great features and the best support...best of both worlds! Highly recommend!
