I have nothing but praise for the support at Group Thought! It is extremely efficient with a quick response time (usually less than 24 hours) It has taken some time, but I am finally happy with the layout and look of my store, and that is partly down to the support team helping out. I have no regrets in purchasing this theme!

Love it. Really love the design and features. So far it's included everything I want for my small/medium store. Their documentation is really extensive too, so I've been able to easily make custom changes on my own.

This is a beautiful theme that had all the functionality I required, and more! Pipeline was obviously created by folk understanding of the nuances of what a DIY store owner needs as well as what appeals to customers. The theme is supported with super simple online tutorials whilst personal emails are quickly answered with warmth and grace.

Aesthetically beautiful theme. The support I received from Mark was phenomenal. As someone who has zero coding knowledge, I had to reach out for help in tweaking the website exactly how I envision it. Mark went above and beyond my expectations, and I am extremely grateful for his help!
