With the new update, I can no longer select which product the "add to cart" buttons are linked to. I was able to do this before. As a result, these buttons can't be used outside the product page, such as on the home page.

Hi there, when we view our current demo store for Pitch and can see that an issue that has been resolved on newer updates is still present, since it's not using the most recently updated release! Thank you for pointing this out, and be sure to update the theme to have this issue resolved.

The new "group" options in shopify are REALLY useful and the AI block writer works surprisingly well - really well done on this update. As for the theme itself, the menu is very basic, and the default sections are not very customizable. The theme has a bug when adding a button to the product card in the "collection grid" section included. There is no blog section included by default.

Hi there, we appreciate you sharing your thoughts about Pitch so far. Our developers take feedback such as yours and use it to make better versions in the future. Please ensure you're trying out updated versions of Pitch when they come out, as it could contain resolutions to some of the roadblocks you're noticing.

On the product page, the product images in the thumbnails are huge — to see the full image, we have to scroll, and the thumbnails are hidden before we even start scrolling. I believe the main image should be better adapted to the screen size, and the thumbnails should be immediately visible without the need to scroll.

Hello there, this would be a question that you'd need to bring to the Judge Me app developers. They may not be aware that on mobile their app isn't looking optimized due to these themes being so new! You can reach their support directly by emailing support@judge.me.

I love the direction of these themes, but certain things need to be addressed before I feel comfortable enough to set one live: firstly the menus. Our longer menus get cutoff in the dropdown on desktop because the list does not wrap blocking half the items. Also, AI blocks don't inherit from theme style (format, color, etc) so it takes unnecessary effort to make them look good.

Hey, we thank you for sharing your thoughts on why Pitch isn't quite ready for you and your business. This is still the first few iterations and our developers take feedback like this in order to make fixes and add functionality in future updates. For the AI blocks, you can instruct it in the prompt to follow a specific color scheme and it will do so as well as add the setting to adjust that.

I LOVE this theme. It looks and feels like a premium one—super modern and smooth to work with. BEWARE: In the “Pages” section, don’t delete the “Content” block or you can’t get it back (learned the hard way). Otherwise, it’s been fantastic!

Hey, we are so happy to hear that your experience with Pitch has been a positive one. The new Theme Blocks do have a slight learning curve, but after playing with their settings for a small amount of time their benefits for businesses are easily seen!
