Since I can't get a developer to resolve this issue, I am left with no other choice but to express my disappointment here. I was so excited when I saw this theme. This is my third Shopify theme. Usually they are a breeze but this theme has been a nightmare. There is a glitch in the Pitch theme that is directing every link to the same product even though each product has its own unique URL.
Hey, we want to thank you for sharing your feedback here. Our developers are seeing that there is a learning curve when it comes to the new themes. The issue you're having may be solved by setting the Product to "Closest > Product" in the Product Card block settings. You can also do this by clicking the Metafield icon (it looks like three coins stacked) beside "Select", then choose "Product".
The new "group" options in shopify are REALLY useful and the AI block writer works surprisingly well - really well done on this update. As for the theme itself, the menu is very basic, and the default sections are not very customizable. The theme has a bug when adding a button to the product card in the "collection grid" section included. There is no blog section included by default.

Please ensure you're trying out updated versions of Pitch when they come out, as it could contain resolutions to some of the roadblocks you're noticing.
This theme don´t let Review Carousel of Judge me App to be optimized for Mobile view, its too wide... I already try everything :/
Hello there, this would be a question that you'd need to bring to the Judge Me app developers. They may not be aware that on mobile their app isn't looking optimized due to these themes being so new! You can reach their support directly by emailing support@judge.me.
I love the direction of these themes, but certain things need to be addressed before I feel comfortable enough to set one live: firstly the menus. Our longer menus get cutoff in the dropdown on desktop because the list does not wrap blocking half the items. Also, AI blocks don't inherit from theme style (format, color, etc) so it takes unnecessary effort to make them look good.

This is still the first few iterations and our developers take feedback like this in order to make fixes and add functionality in future updates. For the AI blocks, you can instruct it in the prompt to follow a specific color scheme and it will do so as well as add the setting to adjust that.
Introduced new product card display settings, made the Hero section clickable in the theme editor, and delivered multiple fixes and improvements for accessibility, localization, image handling, cart updates, and overall theme editor performance.
unit_price_with_measurement filter.Fixed Shopify Payments Instalments display. Resolved multiple bugs affecting language selection and accessible labels.
Added height and position settings to the Product Details block. Numerous fixes for pricing and sorting.
