I can't believe it's 2026 and a premium theme like Prestige still ignores basic CRO best practices. The fact that this theme doesn't have the quantity selector, price, and 'Add to Cart' button all aligned on the same line out-of-the-box is incredibly frustrating. This is e-commerce 101 for reducing friction on the product page. I expected much better functionality for the price.
Plantilla bonita, pero el soporte deja mucho que desear para lo que cuesta. Pregunté por mi caso y recibí respuestas contradictorias: primero una cosa y luego "nunca dijimos eso". La IA que responde no mira tu caso, solo da respuestas genéricas. Tampoco ayudan con migraciones ni nada más allá de ajustes básicos. 1 estrella por la relación servicio/precio.
We have been using the Prestige template for the past 2 weeks after struggling with a couple of other themes. It has been a huge improvement to what we had been using. I also had a request to their support team and Karla responded within a few hours with a great solution. We are building a high-end furniture site and I highly recommend this template if you are in a similar category.

The theme is worth every penny. The templates cover 95% of my needs. When I ran into a minor coding issue with the mobile facing store, Lourinaldo was quick to go through my situation and solved it quickly. I happily recommend the Prestige theme to anyone who wants to build a pro looking store!

J’utilise le thème Prestige depuis plus de deux ans et j’en suis toujours aussi satisfait. L’équipe est très réactive, et les rares fois où j’ai eu besoin d’aide, tout a été traité rapidement. Dernièrement, j’ai rencontré un problème d’affichage des photos sur iPad en mode portrait (non lié au thème), et Eduardo l’a résolu en seulement deux heures. Service au top !
