Hi, we use PRESTIGE THEME since Sep'20. No problem until now, but when we have added the option of select language, it is ok in the Header section in the desktop version. But in the mobile / ipad version, this language option , desappears from the header and goes to the bottom of the homepage. We do not understand why this is happening. Can you help us? thanks in advance.
This is a recommendation from Shopify guidelines, to have the selectors in the footer on mobile as this is, according to their UX study, where most of users expect to find them on mobile. What you can do is using the free Geolocation app (https://apps.shopify.com/geolocation) which allows to suggest the appropriate language automatically based on IP, which reduce the needs for any selectors :).
