For a theme at this price, you would imagine it be better coded with more features and customization. Their customer service will go with this line all the time, "the theme may not be the appropriate fit for your store, alternatively, you could also try to reach a development service like TaskHusky or a Shopify Expert". You probably get a better theme and service with better elsewhere.
