We have been using Prestige for a few years and I am still very happy with the theme. Michaël and Daniel are always available for questions and have helped me with any problem quickly and reliably.
Well coded theme however it's very bare bones as far as layout modules go. You'll basically need to custom code anything beyond a couple of sliders and basic banners. The biggest issue of all though is that this "premium" theme which costs $300+ doesn't have a basic feature like showing out-of-stock variations greyed out or in a different color to reduce shopper confusion.
We're sorry to hear the theme does not match all your needs. Prestige has 18 configurable sections, and big brands are doing incredible things with it. But I agree that there could always be more to make the theme more flexible. We have big plans in the coming months to add even more sections to Prestige. Can't give any ETA, but once available you will be able to upgrade for free!
Poor support. Not responding. Promised to fix the problem, but never fixed it. Did not even respond to emails in weeks...
