The theme is beautiful, but customer support was non-existent for me. I purchased the theme and found two super easy cosmetic glitches that needed to be fixed. I was told both times that I needed to hire a Shopify expert. Not cool after spending $180. Eventually one of my computer friends came over and fixed both glitches in under a minute. Ugh.

We went through a LOT of options and settled on Prestige—and it was the best decision. The website is perfect for both small and large inventories, loads of customisation possible, and the quick response to any help is just the icing on top.

This theme is not just beautiful, they are also written in a way that is super powerful for customization. And to top if off, the support team is amazing in explaining the the theme and aiding with customization for a non-developer like myself. Absolutely love it.
