Providence

I had been nervous about switching over, because a designer had tweaked my original and I was afraid I would not get all the items I had added to a basic Shopify theme. I took the plunge and am so happy I did! I am amazingly pleased with the support that Meghan gave me. Back and forth the emails flew, and the answers were in simple terms, super easy to follow. Felt like she was sitting next to me.

We recently gave our website www.rockypointtile.com an overhaul. After demoing several web store templates through shopify we decided to go with providence. Meghan has been fantastic answering all of our questions, as well as assisting us with small tweaks to get the website just the way we want! The homepage is nice and the product pages are fantastic! Not only has this theme allowed us to create an amazing store in a matter of minutes. But because of an incredible growth of our store, we needed to add more complex and sophisticated options to our store. We reached out to Empyre support about 6-7 times and every single time they replied not only with a complete step by step solution, but did so very quickly. Can't say enough about their support!
