I was setting up my new Shopify storefront with the beautiful Providence Theme by Empyre. I had a few tweaks to my Logo and Tagline, and really needed help. I emailed support in the morning, and by the afternoon, Meghan B. had sent back really detailed instructions with images to help me navigate the theme and fix my issues. This theme is fantastic. Simple and clean looking, yet allows you to present multiple products and information all at once. Multi-level drops downs were a must for us and the ability to change things up with the season. This theme more than delivered. Support is above and beyond.

This theme is extremely visually appealing, and really suits the particular needs we have for our store -- for example, the ability to support not just drop-down menus, but multiple nested submenus as well. The support we have received is incredible -- Meghan has gone way above and beyond in order to help us resolve issues that we don't have the skills to handle ourselves. Definitely recommended!
