Providence is a great theme but more important to me is customer service. Each time I make a request for some custom tweaking it's been completed within 24 hours or less. Let's face it no theme can be "exactly" what you want right out of the box but so far all the changes I've needed have been done very quickly making it a totally custom theme for me.

I have been using this theme for about 2 years now. In my opinion its one of the best themes out there. Many themes are calling them selves "High converting boosting themes" yada-yada. If they are that - Then Providence is SUPER DUPER ULTRA LIGHT SPEED! My store has converted for over 200.000 USD - Not just because of the theme, no - BUT because its an integral part of the UI experience.
Love this theme, it works perfectly for my products. I had a few teething issues (my issues not the theme!) and Meghan at Empyre Support was great, a quick response to my e-mail with clear instructions of what to do.
